Last week we supplied and fitted Amtico Spacia to a new build home. The customer opted for colour Royal Oak which was laid 3x9 parquet effect to all ground floor areas and all upstairs areas. We prepared the subfloor on the ground floor with a screed on top of existing concrete and we prepared the upstairs with a 6mm plywood on top of existing chip board. Beautiful finish!! I think you will agree the Royal oak has a lovely warmth to it 😍
