Our customer choose Amtico Spacia Royal Oak laid 4x18 parquet effect with border feature to the Kitchen/Dining/Living area, Hall and 2x Bedrooms,
for the wet areas he choose Amtico Spacia colour Como laid 12x18 tile effect with stripping feature.
We prepared the subfloor with a 6mm plywood throughout.
